Dr. Maren Schweizer
Dr. Maren Schweizer is an experienced Board Chair and global independent director with 15+ years of board service across publicly listed, family-controlled, private equity-backed and non-profit organizations in Europe and Asia. Her board work sits at the intersection of talent, strategy, technology and transformation. Maren currently serves as Deputy Chairperson of German European School Singapore, Chairperson of Schweizer World Group Singapore and Board Member of HDI Global, Germany. Previously, she served as Independent Director of JASDAQ-listed Meiko Electronics, Chairperson of listed Schweizer Electronic AG and Independent Director at ZVEI, the German Electro and Digital Industry Association.
Dr. Claus Trenner
Dr Claus Trenner covers the whole range of corporate and commercial legal activities in Asia. He focuses on M&A, the setting-up of regional joint ventures and structuring cross-border transactions including financing and security documentation, advising lenders as well as borrowers. He is a member of the Board of several European companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
