INCLUSION MATTERS MORE THAN EVER

The focus on inclusion becomes ever more vital during times of crisis. A straightforward approach is not that easy as it might appear.

Without targeted intervention, non-inclusive dynamics among on-site teams are often amplified in a remote context. The habit of firstly interacting with known team members versus building new connections and supporters are more challenging to overcome, as in-person ad-hoc interactions are less or no longer possible.

These aspects primarily affect employees who already felt like “the only” on their team before increased remote work.
