A successful restart requires addressing a large number of interdependent issues simultaneously. Therefore we focus on increasing the speed of decision making.

For our BtoC businesses, household purchasing power and confidence level determine the prosperity to consume. We anticipate changes in consumption habits and expectations.

Regarding our BtoB businesses, we focus on strengthening the relationships with our key accounts via an intimate knowledge of our customers’ challenges, constraints, opportunities, and aspirations.

Setting commercial priorities are essential. Each portfolio company puts efforts into identifying and capture pockets of profitable growth while improving data-driven decision making and data availability.

I believe that new leadership skills are needed in the reopening and beyond. It’s time to identify and empower our most entrepreneurial and inclusive leaders.
